We are a Baptist Church and a member of the Baptist Union of Great Britain http://www.baptist.org.uk/. This means that the church is run by all the members, not by a minister or a leadership team. We do have a minister and a team of deacons, delegated by the church to carry out certain responsibilities, but the big decisions are made by all the members coming together and seeking the will of Christ.
